The meeting will focus on the following areas, and include coupling with the ionosphere and thermosphere:
▪ Dayside and polar cap science and the lunar environmentSince March is an excellent time to observe aurora in Fairbanks, the organizers of the meeting will facilitate excursion to the Poker Flat Observatory on any night when skies are clear. From there you have will full views of the aurora with a minimum of city light pollution, capability for luxurious viewing from a heating room, as well as ready access to a multitude of state-of-the art real time data sources.
